Android: To rename a group, go to the group and open the menu (top left corner). Then tap on the cog icon next to the group name. This opens a menu to put a new name, enter the text and tap Save.
iOS: To rename a group, go to the group and tap its name on the top. Once you're in group settings, tap its name again, put a new one and tap Save on the top right corner.
